I have a passion for entertaining and eating beautiful, healthy food, therefore I love a good party! I used to feel deprived and frustrated due to my food intolerances and the constant need to follow a “perfect” diet. Now I’ve learned to embrace what I CAN eat and find a healthy balance with myself and what’s on my plate. 

I absolutely LOVE bringing good friends together and sharing laughter, great conversation, spectacular food and drink, inspiration and life’s little celebrations.  I’d like to share my passion with you as well. 


Here's how my Healthy Happy Hours work:

  • Choose your location: home, office or other location
  • Pick a date and time
  • Choose a topic (if applicable)
  • Invite your friends, family, coworkers and health enthusiasts
  • Have fun and take your health to a new level!

Along with a nutrition presentation, these parties also include food demos, healthy party and entertaining tips, party menus with recipes and a whole lot of FUN!
