To truly create long-term changes in your health and happiness, we will explore the many facets and colors of your life. Through my work, education and life-experiences, I've found six key components that contribute to my own Passionate Peaceful Palette. Nutrition, Mindfulness, Self-Care, Movement, Play and Connection. I will focus on these when inspiring you to design YOUR own unique “plate” and support you with personalized program coaching.
I'm just a carefree, country girl at heart, trying to find balance in this crazy modern day life. I grew up on a wheat farm in North Dakota (kind of ironic that I’m gluten intolerant!). I was raised on homemade bread, local beef and garden fresh vegetables mixed in with a few novelty items such as “boughten” bread (bread that you buy in a store), Cheese Whiz and Spam. Can you believe I actually liked Spam, fried and coated with saltine crackers? GEEZ!! I jumped on the health bandwagon about mid-way through college and was feelin’ pretty fantastic until….
Something gradually began to shift as the years went on. My diet was pretty healthy (so I thought), but I started to develop a few health issues which left me feeling lethargic, toxic, bloated, and with constant stomach pain (Ufda...laying in bed is getting really old now).
